Ronnie Bud | CPA, CA, CBV, CFF, MBA
Ronnie provides Bud Stannix LLP with a wealth of accounting and advisory experience across multiple industries.
Spending much of his professional career at a large firm, Ronnie was able to assist many of Canada's premiere companies in taking their next step. It was then he realized that the potential of a thriving economy remains largely unserviced, namely startups and small-to-medium sized businesses. His belief is that by providing "Big Company" expertise and services at the grass roots level, Bud Stannix can help growing businesses realize their full potential.
Ronnie holds a Masters of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Alberta. Ronnie is also a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF).

Mike Stannix | CPA, CA
Mike is our Canadian and international tax expert and has a background in tax compliance and planning. Mike has worked with a variety of clients ranging from privately owned small business to large publicly traded companies across a wide range of industries. He specializes in the taxation of private companies, corporate restructuring, international tax and estate planning.
Mike obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and has worked for nearly a decade with KPMG LLP (an international accounting firm), spending time in their private company audit group as well as their tax group. Mike is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA), and is currently in the process of obtaining the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation.
Mike has completed Parts I, II and III of CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax course. Mike has lectured at the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society’s Taxation of Canadian Oil and Gas Companies course.

Elizabeth Chee | CPA, CA
Elizabeth brings an abundance of accounting knowledge from a variety of different industries.
Recently departing as an experienced manager from PwC, she spent her time equally between Private Company Services and the Assurance practice. Working with start-ups to multi-national corporations, she has a strong understanding of business at all levels and is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to the clients of Bud Stannix LLP.
After earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 2011, Elizabeth became a Chartered Accountant in 2013.
